Designed as a high-occupancy rental, the home strikes a balance between durability, clarity of form, and coastal refinement.

The architectural language draws from vernacular coastal elements while leaning into a more contemporary expression, alternating exposure siding introduces subtle rhythm and scale, while the open gabled porch structure adds both hierarchy and character to the street-facing façade. Expanses of glazing are strategically positioned to harness daylight and capture oblique Gulf views, while generous covered porches extend the living space outdoors. The composition is both resilient and relaxed, suited to its climate and program while offering an elevated coastal experience.
