This elevated single-family residence is sited on an undeveloped parcel in Indian Pass, responding directly to its coastal context and regulatory constraints. The design employs a simple rectangular volume elevated above the base flood elevation, with a screened enclosure below for storage and outdoor utility. A deep front porch provides transitional space between interior and exterior, while large operable windows and paired doors are oriented to maximize daylight and prevailing breezes.

The interior is organized around a central living, dining, and kitchen zone with clearly defined circulation and framed exterior views. Material selections prioritize durability and low maintenance, with fiber cement siding, standing seam metal roofing, and simple structure expressed in a clean, contemporary coastal language.
